Anubuthi's Recommendation

Hello, everyone. My name is Anubuthi and my son's name is Shreyas. Uh so when he was 3.5 years old due to lack of speech, we went to the doctor and was diagnosed with ADHD and mild ASD and that is when we started with various therapies for him. But somewhere we were feeling that he is still lacking uh in various aspects like sitting tolerance, he was still not very communicative. And we also felt that he was not ready for the school setup.

That's when we got into Ikshana and Jyothi ma'am. We enrolled him there. They know exactly what the child lacks and what the child is very good at. So they programmed step by step schedule for him and where to go ahead and where to step back everything she discussed in detail in the very first meeting. So they first enroll him into a school readiness program. And this particular program helped him to have a better sitting tolerance, to have a better peer communication, how to cope with the environment.

He got so independent over time, he never needed a shadow teacher. The teachers are coming up and telling us that he is so independent and he is so good at so many things that he is almost out of the whole syndrome and he is more or less like a neurotypical child. I should thank Ikshana and Jyothi ma'am for this. Now where he was lacking, they programmed him to take part in various sports activities, which will help him to calm down for speech. They used to have group games and a group set up where he would have to mingle with other kids. So these two things helped him a lot, and then they worked on his handwriting skills to match up to his standards, standards.

Then apart from all these curriculum, they also helped him to give basic training in various sports activities as well along with the other professional ones, they also taught him basics of cricket, basics of football and badminton that helped him to have an enjoyment part as well as his whole eye, eye, and hand coordination. And you know, the perception of everything was improved. What happened in this process is he started to understand the outer world better. He got the confidence of uh you know, the positive aspects of sitting, calm, and listening to the teacher improvement in the handwriting, body balancing, and various things. So all these things were under one roof which we got and this particular schedule of the program and schedule given to the parents as well to adhere to, was helping him a lot. So, it's been almost 4.5 years now and he is doing tremendously good at studies academically and in various sports activities as well. And he's coping well in the uh public environment as well.

So I must say, it has helped me a lot to come out of the whole syndrome and also helped me to cope better with my child. So, thank you so much.
